I have heard lots of people complain about failed ejections with the Estes Big Daddy model (due seemingly to large nosecone shoulder gap. I searched a bit and did not find an easy solution (other than people cutting off shoulder and replacing it). So I decided to 3D print a Big Daddy nosecone shoulder filler piece. This is a simple 3-part shoulder filler — two halves and a square peg that connects them. I left a slot for shock chords tied around original bottom tie point. Was a bit more annoying than I expected since none of the angles are particularly square. I have not tested these but, hey, the file is free.
